Councillor Mrs Millward is one of the three ward Councillors elected to serve the Gornal ward on Dudley Metropolitan Borough.

 

She is a Member of the North Dudley Area Committee, the Appointments Committee and is the Deputy Leader of the Council (with Cabinet responsibility for Finance).
