Harley, Councillor Patrick

Councillor Harley is one of the three ward Councillors elected to serve the Kingswinford South ward on Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council.

Councillor Harley is the Leader of the Conservative Group and the Conservative Spokesperson for Policy.

He serves on full Council meetings, the Overview and Scrutiny Management Board and the Appointments Committee and the Kingswinford North and Wall Heath, Kingswinford South and Wordsley Community Forum.

Councillor Harley has previously served as a School Governor at The Kingswinford School and the The Brier School.

The charity football match has been absent for a couple of years but has recently resumed.  Councillor Harley also manages a Sunday morning football team who play in the Kidderminster Sunday Morning Division 1.  They are based at The Swan pub in Market Street, Kingswinford and play their home games at The Dell Stadium.

Councillor Harley re-married in July 2016 to Donna.  Councillor Harley has 2 grandchildren and 7 step-grandchildren.  He works in Wordsley for local Dudley South MP Mike Wood as his Office Manager.
